Pricing for the initial setup and building of websites:

• Small Site (10 pages or less): $150
• Medium/Large Site (more than 10 pages): $100 initial setup fee* + $8 per page

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee will be required before beginning the project, once an agreement has been reached regarding the total cost of the project.

All prices are all-inclusive and cover all tweaks and fixes until the customer is fully satisfied, even up to two weeks after final payment is made.

* As a discount, for orders of multiple websites, only one setup fee (of $100) will be charged.

• $35/week = Bare minimum. Checking the site/plugins for updates, make sure everything’s running smoothly about once a week. Includes 1-4 site updates per week. Monthly backups.
• $55/week = Medium maintenance. All of the above, plus minimal search engine optimization, includes 5-10 site updates per week.
• $75/week = Higher level of maintenance. All of the above, to a more in-depth and bi-daily level, and 11-25 site updates per week.
• $100/week = Premium Maintenance. All of the above, daily checks of the site’s traffic, optimal use of all search engine optimization features and daily tracking of stats. 26+ updates per week. 24/7 support for updates and maintenance provided.
• $50/month = Monthly backups only. No maintenance or fulfillment of other tasks — just simple security in knowing I can restore your site if needed in case of a server crash or other disaster.

Please Note: Without one of the packages above, I am not responsible for sites created as of two weeks after completion. All requests must be made before completion and/or during the two-week grace period. In the case that works is requested after the two weeks (that wasn’t started previously), the customer will be billed $8 per update, based on the amount of updates requested.
